Introduction & Acceptance

bdt20 ("we", "platform") operates an online gaming and betting service for players in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between you and bdt20. By visiting our website, creating an account, or using any of our services, you automatically agree to these Terms.

Account Registration & Management

• Each individual may operate only one account.
• Accounts may not be transferred to a third party.

Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details completely confidential. Do not share your password with anyone. If you suspect any unauthorised activity on your account, notify our support team immediately. bdt20 will not be held responsible for misuse of your account.

Account Verification

We may verify your identity at any time using a national ID card, passport, or other government-issued identification. Verification may be mandatory based on deposit amounts and before withdrawals. If accurate information is not provided, the account may be temporarily or permanently closed.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Policy

Deposits

The minimum deposit amount at bdt20 is ৳200. We support the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfers (e.g. Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, BRAC Bank). After a successful deposit, funds are added to your account almost instantly.

Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Approved withdrawals are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. Withdrawals will only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.

• Full identity verification is required before withdrawal.
• Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing bonus funds.
• Withdrawals will be held if fraud or suspicious activity is detected.
• Multiple withdrawal requests cannot be submitted at the same time.

Currency

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Payments in other currencies are not accepted.

Bonuses & Promotional Offers

Welcome Bonus

bdt20 offers new members a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: if you deposit ৳1,000, you will receive a bonus of ৳1,000, giving a total balance of ৳2,000. Or if you deposit ৳12,000, you will receive a maximum bonus of ৳5,000, giving a total balance of ৳17,000.

Wagering Requirements

A 15x wagering requirement must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only (not on the combined total of deposit and bonus). Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 15 = ৳15,000 must be wagered before the bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

General Bonus Rules

• Each promotion must be used within the specified period.
• Each bonus offer can be claimed only once.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — withdrawal is only possible after requirements are met.
• Attempting to claim bonuses through multiple accounts will result in all accounts being cancelled.
• bdt20 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

VIP Program & Membership Tiers

bdt20's VIP program has four tiers. Through regular gaming activity you can advance to a higher tier. Each tier provides a weekly cashback benefit:

• Bronze: Up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 1.1% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: Up to 1.5% weekly cashback.

VIP tier benefits depend on continued activity. bdt20 may modify the VIP program structure at any time. Cashback funds may also be subject to wagering requirements where applicable.

Prohibited Activities & Fraud Prevention

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bdt20:

• Operating multiple accounts or using another person's identity.
• Using computer software, bots, or automated methods to play.
• Abusing the bonus system or attempting to obtain bonuses through fraudulent means.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to breach the platform's security systems.
• Threatening or harassing other players.

If any of the above prohibited activities are detected, we reserve the right to immediately suspend or permanently close the account and forfeit all funds in the account. Legal action may also be taken if necessary.

Game Rules & Fair Gaming

Betting Rules

• A confirmed bet cannot be cancelled or changed.

Account Suspension & Closure Policy

Closure at User's Request

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Please withdraw any remaining balance before closing your account — withdrawal may be more difficult after closure.

Closure at Our Discretion

bdt20 may suspend or close an account for the following reasons:

• Evidence of a breach of these Terms.
• Providing false information or failure to complete verification.
• Prolonged account inactivity (generally 12 months or more).
• Mandatory closure required for legal or regulatory reasons.
